| 3 | Note: (a) Architectural drawings, Schedule of finishes, relevant TD drawings, Design basis report shall be provided by department. (b) The structure shall be RCC framed structure. (c) Structural Design shall confirm to relevant IS Codes and Standards and guidelines considering all stability parameters. (d) The tentative SBC of soil is 7 KN/sqm. However, Contractor will carry out the soil investigation and get it approved from the accepting officer prior to preparation of design. Work on preparation of structural design and other working drawings shall not be commenced till approval of soil investigation. (e) All structural designs and drawings shall be got vetted from NIT/IIT before final sbumission for execution in work. Cost for the same is deemed to be inclusded in the quoted rates. (f) The vetting of designs and drawings and its report shall be duly signed by the authorized signatory on behalf of the institute and not from a professor/individual of the institute in his personal capacity. (g) During currency of work, department may decide any changes in scope of work occuring due to inescapable site conditions or user requirement/technical requirement.
