| 2 | Dismantling the 25 HP motor from base frame after decoupling it from pump of 2.5 cusec 28 meter head and then dismantling the pump from foundation of unit I at LIS Kaskoot. Carriage of pump and motor to road side using tools and tackles with the help of manual labour passing through hilly terrain (Approximately 300 Mtrs). Loading in mechanical transport for shifting to workshop for repair and carriage back to lift station in the same manner after conducting necessary repair. The job includes cost of manual labour hire charges of tools and tackles, carriage charges through head load and mechanical transport (to & fro) Dismantling the 25 HP motor (Kirloskar make) at workshop to extract the rotor from stator and damaged bearing of driving and non-driving end. Repairs to the rotor shaft by welding, turning and finishing to bearing size and making of new key way for coupling. Providing and fitting of new bearings as per sample and bearing sleeves at DE & NDE. Providing and fitting of bearing cover plates along with new nuts/bolts for fitting after threading the motor body. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing with hire charges of tools and tackles at LIS Kaskoot. Repairs to 2.5 cusec X 28 meter head discharge pump at workshop by way of dismantling it for extraction of old and worn out parts i.e. bearings, sleeves check nut, gland packing, gasket, gland bushes, pump shaft, impeller. Providing & fitting of new pump shaft of stainless steel by way of welding, turning, machining, threading, and cutting of key ways as per requirement & finishing to the required size. P/F of 1 No. gland bush, 1No. Check nut, 2Nos. bearings, sleeves. Repair to impeller by way brazing turning and finishing to required size. Re-assembling all parts of pump with proper greasing and suitable gland packing, oil paper. Fabrication of new gland set and p/f of new rubber bushes along with new coupling nuts and bolts 06 nos as per sample Job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing on full load condition at LIS kaskoot. Repairs to 25 HP Star Delta starter of unit I by way of extracting the damaged worn out parts. Providing and fitting of no voltage coil, over load relay, moving and fixed contacts. Repairs to tripping system by brazing and finishing to required size. Replacement of worn out thimbles, 09nos by way of cutting the burnt ends of cables and then p/f of thimble of appropriate rating/sizes. Toping up transformer oil by 06 litres. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges at LIS Kaskoot. Repair to sluice valve of 6 f of unit 1by way of Dismantling of sluice valve from delivery line by way of cutting/unscrewing the nuts and bolts then extracting out the spindle,wedge,seat rings,gland packing with the help of manual labour. Replacement of spindle ,wedge and internal assembly .Assembling back the sluice valve using tools and tackles with help of skilled and semiskilled labour. Fitting of the sluice valve back to the delivery line by p/f rubber sheet joint for flange cut to appropriate size and with new nuts & bolts of required sizes Complete job includes cost of material labour charges and testing on full load. Repair to foot valve of 6 f of unit - 1by way of Dismantling of foot valves from suction line by way of cutting/unscrewing the nuts and bolts then extracting out the foot valves from the sump tank using tools and tackles with the help of manual labour. Dismantling the foot valves and then replacing the leather sheet of appropriate size with required nuts and bolts. Fabrication of new flapper plate and hinge as per sample ,fitting it in at site using requisite tools and tackles .Assembling back the foot valves and then lowering into the sump tank using tools and tackles with help of skilled and semiskilled labour. Fitting of the foot valves back to the suction line by p/f rubber sheet joint for flange cut to appropriate size and with new nuts & bolts of required sizes Complete job includes cost of material labour charges and testing on full load. Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions.
