| 1 | Material and labour for boring of trial bore hole 250 mm dia bore at given site perfectly vertical with direct or reverse rotary rig circulation method or any latest technology, through any kind of strata of the layers to the complete depth including submitting the strata details duly graphically recorded and carrying out electronic log test etc complete as per IS : 2800, part - 1,1991 (reaffirmed 2001) complete all as specified and directed for the following depths:- (a) Drilling from ground level up to 60 m depth. Note :- (i) (applicable for item no 24, 28 & 29) : Direct drilling or reverse rotary combination rig plant of suitable capacity along with necessary tools/equipment for drilling borewell shall be arranged by contractor under his own arrangement . Hire charges for the Rig plant and its transportation to site and removing from site after completion of the work shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of item and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (ii) The contractor quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for removal/disposal of retrieved soil/spoil etc to a distance not exc 50 m from the starting point. (iii) The work shall be carried out at places as directed by GE/Engineer-in-Charge.
