The Contractor / site supervisor shall attend the complaint cell of AGE B&R Ramgarh to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE / AGE in the same day i.e. before 1700hrs. 2. The Contractor / site supervisor shall attend the complaint cell of AGE B&R Ramgarh to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900hrs to carry out the complaints within 48 hrs from receipt of complaints slip and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE / AGE before 48hrs as per complaint slip time. 2.
