| 1 | Locker Bed Side Steel (FD-1029/257): Removel of old broken/damaged Leg of Locker Bed side steel with new one made out of 1mm CRCA sheet of commercial grade.The new leg shall be fabricated to a rectangular box profile of dimensions 75mm x 600mm and 100mm high as shown on drawing. The 1mm CRCA sheet will be precisely cut and bent using a press machine to form a hollow box section of the leg. The new leg must be welded securely to the existing Locker frame using MIG welding/ spot welding technique.All weld beads will be grounded smoothly to a clean finish. | 2 | Removel of old brokrn/damaged 03 way locking machenism system of Locker Bed side steel with new one made out of heavy-duty zinc alloy or as per Engr-in-charge. The vertical rods that move up and down from the lock body to the locker top and bottom should be made of a suitable diameter GI rod. The GI rods are cut to the precise length required for the top and bottom locking points. Locking machanism box should be made of 1mm CRCA sheet.The entire assembly is aligned carefully to ensure the rods move smoothly without any friction. The rods must engage fully with the top, bottom, and side frame holes for the lock to function correctly. Any exposed screws or parts are tightened, and a lubricant is applied to the moving parts for longevity. complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. | 120 | Each |
