| 1 | Supply, install, testing and commissioning of step down transformer, outdoor type, and conforming to IS 1180:2014, plinth mounted, HT 11 KV, 3 phase 433 volts, 4 wire, 50 Hz, delta/star connected, vector group DYN -11 double copper wound, ONAN, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage as per IS-1180, Part-1 of 2014 level-3 EEL 4 wire 50 C/S with off load tap changing hand operted having tapping at (+/-) 2.5%, (+/-) 5% ,(+/-) 7.5%and (+/-) 10 % of rated voltage continuous rating of capacity, 63 KVA including bushing on HT end cable box on LT side. The Transformer shall be provided with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of transformer oil IS 335 marked filtered & dehydrated oil etc, complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following accessories:-
(a) One cable box on primary HV side having cable porcelain HT bushings with brass/gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers.
(b) One cable box on secondary (LV) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts, and washers with one cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing LT armoured cables of suitable size.
(c) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent.
(d) Thermometer pocket on tank cover.
(e) One 100mm dia dial type thermometer vapour with pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with temp pointer, max temp indicator and resetting device.
(f) Rating plate with terminal markings.
(g) Two earthing terminals on tank/tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI eath strip.

(q) Provision of 2 Nos danger boards 250 x 200mm size made out of 1.6 mm thick MS Plate, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures of voltage and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, one at HT side and other on LT side.
(r) Any other fittings/accessories so as to confirm the whole transformer to IS-1180 Part-1:2014.
Note :- (i) The contractor submit the the BIS certificate and compliances with energy efficiency level i,e BEE. (ii) The contractor should submit type test certificate duly isssed by NABL accredited BIS approved lab before process the RAR.
