The bronze statue shall be 4 feet in height and shall be fabricated using high-quality bronze material with a natural polished finish. The statue shall be installed on a pedestal having a height of 6 feet and dimensions of 3 feet 4 feet, resulting in a total installation height of 10 feet. The completed statue and pedestal shall be structurally stable, aesthetically finished, weather-resistant, and designed to provide an expected service life of more than 100 years under normal environmental conditions.
