| 1 | S/F in repair Bed side built -in steel loker of following specification as per drawing No FD 1029. All MS sheet of make :- TATA/JINDAL/SAIL shall be of 0.9 mm thick. All Joints, welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. Two legs shall be provided to locker as shown on drawing and shall be of 0.9 mm thick MS sheet. Sheet shall be hot rolled carbon steel sheet as per IS 1079:2009 or cold reduced low carbon steel sheet as per IS 513: 2008 . The sheet shall be of any designation or grade as per the relevant Indian Standard. All joints, welding & fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship and specification shown in drawing. A Three way bolting device controlled by a brass lock and operated by a chromium plated metallic S-Type handle - 01 No. shall be provided (as per sample approved by GE/Engr-in-charge to shutters of Locker. A curtain rod of stainless steel shall be provided to Locker and 04 Nos Plinth screw (Plastic inserted molded screw) shall be provided in legs of Locker. The overall weight of Locker bed side steel after painting shall be not less than 45 Kg of each locker. All steel surface internally and externally shall be given two coat of metallic synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer (spray painting). The colour shade of painting in dual shade shall be as approved by GE incl necessary fixing arrangement to wall with the help of 10mm dia bolts having 125mm in length, nuts, MS plate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
