| 1 | Attending day to day complaints related to joinery work such as repairs to cupboard, kitchen shelves, pelmet box, easing of doors and windows, kitchen knobs fitting and fixing wire mesh, glass, repair of aluminum shutters etc as ordered/required on all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900am and report to complaint cell at every evening at 0500pm on daily basis after satisfactory complition,complete all as specified and directed. Material such as nails,screws, washers, putty/beading for glass, nut & bolts shall be included in the quoted rate. Note :- (i) The complaint against docket shall be taken from MES Complaint cell at every morning at 0900am by rep of contractor on daily basis. (ii) Every docket will submitted at complaint cell on daily basis of same day at 0500 pm or early morning on next day after satisfacotry complition. (iii) Necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors. (iv) Rs. 125.00/complaint shall be recovered against non attending of every complaints.
