The pumping machinery should confirm to relevant ISO standard with all latest amendments with 380+-15% slow speed motor.
Foundation Blocks ( 01 NO) :-Construction of R.C.C. foundation block of required size as per base frame of pump-set inside the pump room by way of removal of existing base frame and existing pump set. Dismantling of existing pump set and transportation of the same to divisional store. The job also includes demolishing the existing foundation block as per the site conditions. Fabrication& Providing of steel foundation bolts of required dia in mm in length for the new base frame of the pumpset having threaded portion at one end and an anchor at the other end. Also providing fabrication of steel hexagonal nuts and washers for the foundation bolts. Fabrication of steel reinforced cuboidal structure of requisite size for the foundation block out of T.M.T steel bars by way of cutting, the steel bars of required length and placing in position at proper spacing longitudinally and transversally and binding with black annealed wire them. Job includes fabrication charges as well hirer charges of welding set. Then placing the base frame of the pump over the steel reinforced cuboidal steel structure making proper leveling and alignment of the base frame over the cuboidal steel structure. Placing the threaded end of the foundation bolts in upright vertical position at required distance in position and in alignment after lowering through holes of base frame. Binding of the foundation bolts with the steel mesh of steel reinforcment at various spots and then fastening the base frame over the reinforced steel structure by tightening the nuts of the foundation bolts, simultaneously ensuring proper leveling and alignment of the base frame over the reinforced cuboidal steel structure. The job further includes laying of M-20 grade cement concrete block including steel reinforcement, machine mixing laying and compaction with vibrator using stone aggregate 1:11/2:3 mix (1 cement 11/2 coarse sand and 3 graded stone mixture of specified grade of nominal size 20mm) including binding chemical up to top level from inside the base frame and up to the bottom line of base frame from outside of the base frame also plastering the exposed surface of block. Construction of drain for draining out the occasional leakage water of pump. Also repairing of damaged flooring wherever required with cement concrete mixture using chemical bonding material for smooth finish of the flooring of the pump room, and proper curing of cement works for proper strength for a minimum of 07 days. The whole job also includes cost of material and carriage charges for all material from various sources by Mech. Transport as well as head load, hire charges of shuttering material, vibrator and concrete mixture and welding set, POL for vibrator and concrete mixture, labour charges for laying of foundation block, including skilled and semi-skilled workers deployed for execution of job.
Carriage:-Carriage of pumping machinery (pump, motor, coupling set, base frame to site of work by Mech. Transportation and Head Load up to Pump Room. The job also includes dismantling the pumping unit, unfastening the coupling bolts, nuts, bolts of the base frame for separating each component viz. motor pump, coupling set, base frame etc., for their proper handling and carriage.
Installation (01 nos ):-Installation of new 50000 GPH X 150m. Head H.C. pump set on the foundation blocks at pump room by way of providing and fitting of bolts with nuts and washers for fitting of new pump and motor on each base frame, Also leveling of pump and motor in proper alignment with each other. Tightening the nut bolts of the base frame. Providing and fitting graphite gland packing with fitting of pump glands. Coupling the pump and motor by way of fixing of coupling bolts. Job includes cost of graphite gland packing, nut bolts of the base frame and labour charges for skilled and semiskilled workers deployed for execution of job.

| 2 | Suction Line( 1 Nos) :- Fabrication of suction line of 200mm dia to pump inlet dia, for each pump set out of MS. pipes, cast steel NRV- 1 No. & cast steel sluice valve-01nos for line , M.S. bends - quantity as per site requirement. MS flanges qty as per site requirement for connecting pump suction inlet to suction manifold/sump tank. The job includes cutting the pipe in required lengths as per alignment/layout condition of the suction line at site, the cut edges have to be grinded to give them smooth and even surface for proper welding. Welding the flanges to bends and to the pipe pieces at proper ends, and then joining of the suction line to the suction manifold by way of proper welding works in precise manner. Also fitting of sluice valve at appropriate place in the suction line and joining of the other end of the suction line to the pump suction inlet by providing fitting of hexagonal fasteners and rubber insertion sheet. Job also involves creation of a hole of appropriate size in the wall and then properly dressing the hole by cement concrete mix for passing through of the suction line.
Delivery Line(1 no):- Fabrication of delivery line of 150mmdia equivalent to pump outlet dia for each pump set , out of MS pipe cast steel reflex valve 150mm dian 1 no., cast steel sluice valve 150mm dia 1 No. M.S. bends qty. as per site requirement M.S. flanges qty. as per site requirement for connecting pump delivery outlet to the delivery manifold. The job involves cutting the pipe in required lengths as per alignment/layout conditions of delivery line at site, the cut edges have to be grinded with grinder to give them smooth and even surface for proper welding. welding the flanges to bends and to the pipe pieces at proper ends in a precise manner, fitting of sluice valve and reflex valve at appropriate place in the delivery line and jointing of one end of the delivery line to pump delivery outlet by providing and fitting of hexagonal fasteners and rubber insertion sheet then jointing the other end of the delivery line to the delivery manifold by creating a hole of required size in the manifold by gas cutting and then jointing to the delivery manifold by way of proper welding work in a precise manner making v-groove all along the circumference of the cut and butt welding. Job also includes creation of a hole in the wall and then dressing to appropriate size by cement concrete mix for passing through it the delivery line of the pump.
The whole job includes cost of material i-e., G.I Pipes, Reflex Valve, Sluice Valve welding rods, M.S. flanges, M.S. bends, nut bolts, rubber insertion sheet, oxygen acetylene gas used and POL used by DG set, hire charges/carriage charges of welding set, DG set, gas cutting apparatus and labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled workers deployed for execution of job.
LT control Panel01NO):-Designing, Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LT Control Panel of 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 50 HZ for motor Installed at pump room. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CR sheet. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable Locking/ Sealing arrangement. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exist holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti-Rust primer and two coats of enamel paint. It should be equipped with MCCB 630 Amp 35KA in input side for short circuit protection, Contractor MNX 500 A-2no Scheneider Make for main and delta supply and 1No contractor 500 Amp (Scheneider Make for star operation, I No timer for change over the supply of motor from star to Delta, 2 No push buttons for stop and start operation of motor. 1No thermal relay fitted with main contractor.
Metering: The enclosure should be voltmeter, ampere meter are to be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. All control wiring should be neat and clean with flexible copper cable to complete the star- delta circuit of outgoing supply.
Features and specifications
a)Automation:- the system shall trip off the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and restart the motor automatically on resumption of electric fault thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor. The system shall provide against:-
1. Low voltage below 350V.
2. High voltage above 450V.
3. Single phase.
4. Reverse phasing.
5. Un Balanced phasing.
6. Dry running.
7. Over loading.
Testing and Commissioning of control panel by making connecting to incoming terminals and outgoing terminal of control panel. The job includes providing/ Laying/ fitting of suitable PVC copper conductor properly thimbles at the ends. Testing the performance of the panel on no load and on full load. The job includes the cost of all types of material and labour charges.
Cables :-providing and fitting of following size of PVC insulated copper cable with thimbles :-
1. Providing and fitting of copper cables 150 sq mm from Main Switch to voltage stabilizer-
2. Providing and fitting of copper cables 95 sq mm from LT Control Panel/Starter to motor
All the cables shall be of requisite current carrying capacity as per the equipment and shall be routed through the flexible conduit and firmly connected to the electric points of stabilizer, main switch starter and motors.
Testing Commissioning:-Testing commissioning of the newly installed pumping units pump room along with allied starting and controlling devices for their smooth functioning. Rectifying the faults noticed during testing and also setting, adjusting the instruments of the panel Board , LT Control Panel and tightening of each cable thimbles of electrical points of stabilizer, main switch, starters and motors and realignment/leveling of pump & motor and checking the leakage of water from suction and delivery line if any. Job includes labour charges for skilled and semiskilled workers deployed to complete the job.

| 3 | Fabrication of suction manifold (01nos):- Fabrication and installation of suction manifold inside the water collection tank/intake structure by providing and fixing 24-inch dia MS pipe, app 20 feet long, including slotting/cutting of the complete pipe, welding of M.S. flanges & blind flanges on both ends, drilling of 3 Nos. 8-inch dia holes along long the length as per distance of each pumpset and than welding of MS pipe 8inch dia app 1ft on each hole. Than welding of MS flange and blind flange 200mm dia on each pipe welded on mabifold for connection of pump suction lines to the manifold.
