| 1 | Supply install testing and commissioning factory made and tested CPRI approved LT panel board, outdoor type of size (900mm x 800mm x500mm), canopy headed, platform mounted suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply , having bus bar chamber wih insulated aluminium bus bars of cap 300 Amp insulated on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA MS Sheet and 50 x 50x 6mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish fronback opening type, with aprons for cable entry from bottom and fixing 02 Nos danger notice plate with letter , figures and conventional skul bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door LT panel etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and locking arrangement , internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLS cable, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 2.5 Sqmm. The panels shall be comprising of following : (a) MCCB 4 pole 415 V 200 Amps.35 KA Adjustable type -1 No (Incoming) (b) Ammeter 0- 500 Amps 96 mm x 96mm electro mechancial type with three way ON/OFF rotary type selector switch and 3 current transformer of suitable ratio and capacity Qty 1 No (c) Indicating lamps for three phases Qty 1 set of 3 Nos (d) Voltmeter 0 - 500 Volts 96 mm x 96mm electro mechanical type with 3 way ON/OFF rotary type selector switch - Qty 01 No Outgoing:- (a) 4 Pole MCCB 100 Amp, 50 HZ 415 V-01 nos. (b). 4 pole MCCB 63 Amp, 50 HZ 415 V-2 Nos. (c) MCB TPN 63 Amp , 50 HZ 415 V -01 No , including cost of material, labour and T & P as per drawing complete, for proper completion of work all as specified and directed. (d) Platform of panel :- Platform for the panelshall be constructed with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 40mm graded crushed stone , 15cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B' old size bricks, rendering 15cm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3: 6 type -1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate on toop and grouting bolts etc for panel The The various feeders shall be indicated by 50mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint.The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. Notes :- (i) All termination of existing cable should be provided with copper lugs/thimbles and suitable size of glands & rate for the same is deemed to be included in the item (iii) Provision of one spare MCCB 200 Amp 4 pole and one spare MCB chamber in panel to be made for future extension.
