| 4 | Contractor shall maintain the PWS project for (5) calender years from the completion date of defect liability period i.e one year from the completion of the PWS scheme covered area will get(adequate) required quantity of supply of water taking supply hour as 8 hour per day without facing any problem. The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 hour of receipt of complain either from public department.
