| 1 | NOTE FOR DAY TO DAY COMPLAINT RECTIFICATION, SERVICE, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF AIR CONDITIONER (SPLIT/WINDOW/WALK-IN-COOLER), WATER COOLER, REFRIGERATOR, DEEP FREEZER, AIR CURTAIN & DESERT COOLER.
(a) Servicing, repair and replacement of parts and re-assembling after repair, installation, testing and commissioning etc shall be carried out through Well qualified AC & Refrigeration mechanic having minimum 05 year experience in their expertise. Contractor shall also render certificate of the same.
(b) The Air Conditioner (Split/Window/Walk-In-Cooler), Water Cooler, Refrigerator, Deep Freezer, Air curtain & Desert Cooler etc shall be dismantled and opened in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge and an inventories of defective parts required to be replaced/works to be carried out shall be prepared and signed by Engineer-in-charge and contractor. Inventories shall be made carefully after thorough examination of serviceability of existing parts. Any parts essentially required other than considered in BOQ for smooth functioning shall be replaced by Contractor and rate for the same shall be deemed to include in rate quoted by Contractor. Inventories sheet should be in proper format showing machine no./MES No. & details of replace/repair spare parts and work as incorporated.
(c) The parts being replaced shall be brand new and shall be same make & specification to match with the existing parts of Air Conditioner (Split/Window/Walk-In-Cooler), Water Cooler, Refrigerator, Deep Freezer, Air curtain & Desert Cooler etc . The required parts shall be procured by the contractor from the authorized dealer of OEM and contractor shall also produce the original purchase voucher and proof of its purchase from authorized dealer to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming the payment.
(d) Repair works carried out in Air Conditioner (Split/Window/Walk-In-Cooler), Water Cooler, Refrigerator, Deep Freezer, Air curtain & Desert Cooler etc and their cost of repair will be entered in PRB duly given reference of CA No and name of work and counter signed by Engineer-in-Charge.
(e) Pressure test with Nitrogen gas for 72 hours is inclusive of the quoted rate.
(f) If required shifting of Water Cooler, Refrigerator, Deep Freezer, Air curtain & Desert Cooler etc shall be deemed to include in their quoted rate.
(g) Petty stores such as insulation tape, screws, small pieces of wires,plug top etc shall be provided by the Contractor without any extra cost to the department.
(h) AC & Refrigeration mechanic having minimum 05 year experience in their expertise along with well conversant Helper so detailed by the contractor will report to MES complaint cell at 08.45 Hrs morning to receive complaints(Complaint slip provided by the contractor) from department and complaint should be rectified with in a same day. In case non rectification of complaints on same day, an amount of Rs-600/- per day shall be recovered from contractor dues.
(j) Transport/vehicle shall be arrange by the contractor to attending the complaints of Area-I & Area-II. Amount for the same shall deemed to be included in their quoted rate. | | |
| 2 | AIR CONDITIONER (SPLIT/WINDOW/WALK-IN-COOLER)
Carry out day to day complaint rectification and periodical service maintenance as per manual recommendation at Area I & Area II like testing of gas leakage from line any Capacity, reapir/replacement of defective parts i.e. any capacity of Compressor, capacitor/Condensor, cooling coil, Swing motor and blade, over load relay, PVC grill, blower motor and fan blade, condensor motor with fan blade, thermostate, air filter, any size of Copper tube along with insulation pipe, drain out pipe, Cooling fan & cooling fan motor, PCB circuit board along with remote control, industrial metal plug top and bottom, Plug nut, Suction pipe, back plate, relay contactor, NRV, Charging Gas, Testing of gas leakeage using nitrazen gas, Cleaning of the Filters, checking control Wiring etc. complete all as specified and directed.
Note: (i) Spares parts and fitting shall be measured and paid separately as supply only in respective items given here-in-after.
