| 2 | Notes: (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at the green cell in 'F'column of this BOQ Excel sheet. (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) available at the green cell in 'column of this BOQ Excel sheet to quote the percentage above/below MES Standard Schedule of Rates. (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate col and the total amount reflected in this page is a rough guidence and for reference only. Similiarly the quoted amount worked out (based on percentage rate quoted by contractor) shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The acceptance of contractor's offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES Standard Schedule of Rates. The work orders for various works/services shall be placed for amount worked out/priced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part II duly adjusted by Percentage rate quoted by contractor. | ||
| 3 | (iv) Contractor's special attention is invited to condition "4 (A) WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTORS)" and condition "56 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTS)" of "General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)". The provision of these conditions of "General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)"are strictly to be followed. (v) It is an express condition of this contract that the amount of total works/services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extant irespective of the amount worked out/mentioned in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works/services at the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum of work required to be done/work done. |
