Repairing of Drag and Hoist drum grooves 1. Cleaning of drum grooves and nearby area. 2. Welding of worn out grooves and replacement of worn-out Allen key bolts. 3. Welding of grooves using 660 and other suitable electrodes. Note: The maximum deployment of manpower for the above job likely to be as 1. Skilled fitter for 100 nos. manshifts 2. Skilled Welder for 100 nos. manshifts. and 3. Un- Skilled for 08 nos. manshifts. | ||
