| 1 | Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc. For Electric Rope (ER) Shovel Section- For Electric Rope (ER) Shovel Section- 1. Repairing works of bucket door, final drive gear and pinions, Male and female clutches and tumbler. 2. Repairing works of saddle block assy of ER shovels. 3. Repairing works of different types of latch levers, latch bars, shims, plates, cutting, etc., for ER shovels. 4. Perform various minor welding repair tasks on machines and in the workshop as needed during daily routine operations etc. For Hydraulic Shovels and Surface Miners Section- (i) Fabrication and repair of cracked hydraulic steel tubes and attachment clamps, as well as brazing of FIP steel tubes, as needed in the machines. (ii) Welding of track chain links and pins. (iii) Removal of broken bolts from the housing and structure of machines. (iv) Fabrication of locks and lock plate for pins and bucket tooth points. (v) Refurbishment of old and worn-out pins through welding processes. (vi) Perform various minor welding repair tasks on machines and in the workshop as needed during daily routine operations etc. Note: The maximum deployment of manpower for the above job will be as 1. Skilled Welder for 730 nos. #Deployment of Welder will be in the purview of section incharge as per requirement. | ||
