Mounting of idler assemblies and carrier rollers on both sides etc. 11. Assembling and fitting of new track shoe assemblies on both sides etc. 12. Opening of mounting bolts of the track frame connecting foundation. 13. Removal of broken mounting bolts by welding. 14. Gouging of the track area at the connecting foundation by welding. 15. Welding and build-up of the gouged area of the track frame connecting foundation. 16. Fitment of track frame mounting bolts with the connecting foundation. 17. Fabrication of a 40 mm thick C -shaped plate, welding strapping, and reinforcement of the fabricated plate with the carboy and track frame. Note: The maximum deployment of manpower for the above job will be as 1. Skilled fitter for 80 nos. manshifts 2. Skilled Welder for 96 nos. manshifts. 3. Semi-Skilled for 128 nos. manshifts and 4. Un- Skilled for 64 nos. manshifts. | ||
