| 1 | Repair/maint of Split/Tower type Air Conditioners including disconnecting electrical connections, storing refrigerant gas in compressor of outdoor unit, splitting indoor and outdoor units, checking for faults and worn out parts/components, removing all accumulated dust and dirt of indoor and outdoor units, dry and wet cleaning, complete servicing, lubricating moving parts, replacing worn out parts/components, tightening of loose nuts/bolts, reassembling indoor and outdoor units, re-installing both indoor and outdoor units at respective locations (old or new locations as directed), re-connecting refrigerant gas circulating copper tubes, charging of refrigerant gas (top up or complete new gas as directed), brazing of copper tubes wherever required or connecting with service valves in outdoor unit and in indoor unit with threaded cast copper alloy sockets , making electrical connections, testing and commissioning complete all as directed for the following capacity Air Conditioners :- Notes : (a) Cost of all consumables like lubricants, grease, nuts/bolts, washers, teflon tapes, packing materials, thermal insulation, felts, lead metal balancing of blower fans, lugs, thimbles, sockets, and other minor materials shall be deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate. (b) leakage testing with nitrogen shall be deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate. (c) Refrigerant gas, replacement of worn out parts/components as described here-in-after shall be measured and paid as "Supply Only" under respective items. However fixing cost/labour for same shall be deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate against these items | ||
