| 1 | Regular examination, lubrication and adjustment of the equipments and planned maintenance in the systematic manner and replacement of parts as detail below:- | ||

| 3 | ii) Systematic examining and adjustment of following machine, worngear, Thrust bearing Drives sheaves, Drive shelves wearings, brake contract, linings and components, motor generator, moter winings, rtating elements, commutator, brushes brush holder, bearings, coils, resistance for operation and Motor circuit, magnet frames and other mechanical parts, controller, selector leveling, devices cams, relays, solid state components e.g. PCB's transducers, resistance, condensers, power amplifier, transformers, contact, leads, dashpots timing devices. Steel selector tapes and mechanical and electrical driving equipment Governor, governor sheave, shaft assembly bearing and governors jaws, car and hall mechanical button, car and hall position indicators hall lanterns, car direction indicators and all other car and landing as installed by Kone. Deflector or secondary sheave, bearing , car counter weight and counterweight guide rails and buffers, top and buttom limit wqitches, governor tension sheaves assembly compendating sheaves assembly car, counter weight and counter overweight guide shows including rollers or gibs, interlock on Hoistway. | ||
| 4 | iii) Examine periodically all safty and governor and all customary safty test. | ||
| 5 | iv) The firm will provide emergency minor adjustment call back services 24 hours as all working days as well as holiday / Sunday. The firms will maintain the lift in reliable and efficient operating connections. |
