11. Civil Work:- Construction of Bar Screen Chamber, Oil and grease chamber, Equilisation Tank, Anoxic Tank, Sludge Holding Tank, Tube setting Tank, Filter Feed Tank, Filter Feed pump, Activated carbon filter, Screw Pump, Poly dosing System, Water storage tank including operator cum pannel room, sokage pit and STP pipe network including other ancillary civil works as per approved vetted drawings. 2. Electro-Mechanical Equipments:- Design, supply, Construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of all electro-mechanical equipment required for the STP, including but not limited to pumps, blowers, mixers, diffusers,PSF, ACF, Disinfection, Dosing system, sludge handling systems, valves, actuators, instrumentation, automation, Control Panels, Servo, system piping, Lifting equipment and associated accessories, complete in all respects on EPC Mode. All equipment shall be suitably rated for the specified capacity and operating conditions, provided with necessary protections, and integrated with the electrical and PLC based automation system for efficient and reliable operation. The work shall also include all cabling, interconnections,earthing, supports,illumination and appurtenances required for a fully functional system, complete in all respects, in accordance with the Scope and Specifications given in Section B of Annexure C. 3. Operation & Maintenance (O&M): Operation and maintenance of the 130 KLD STP for a period of 02 (two) years from the date of successful completion of 60 days Trial Run , including deployment of required manpower, supply of consumables and chemicals, routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of all civil, electro-mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. The Contractor shall ensure continuous and efficient operation of the plant, maintaining the specified effluent quality standards at all times, and shall hand over the plant in fully functional condition at the end of the O&M period complete in all respects, in accordance with the Scope and Specifications given in Section D of Annexure C.1CJ
