Removing perished monoplus compound cleaning and re-insulating with HT taps wherever necessary, with and including replacement of burnt out/defective spares like tension springs, tortion springs, nut bolts, washers of suitable size, lingers etc., under the supervision of expert technician of ground or authorised dealer/ representative, and refixing the panel in its original position with complete painting of VCB Panel and testing entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge . | 50.00 | Each Job |
| 3 | Note: (i) The quoted Rate shall be deemed to include all minor spares etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) If any burnt out/defective items like moving/fixed contacts, tripping coils,earth fault relay, etc., will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iii) Spare parts required other than mentioned here-in-after shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Contractor will inspect de-carbonizing moving and fixed contacts, lubricating, inspecting the wiring of Micro processor Earth Fault and Over Current relays, tripping coil electrical, indication systems, metering systems and checking for manual/auto tripping system, meggaring all the contacts and placing back the breaker trolley in its original position paid separately under relative item as supply only. However fixing charges shall deemed to be included in this item (v) Major Spare parts shall be (vi) A sum of Rs. 2000/- will be recovered from the contractor for non rectification of breakdown/fault or replacement of any unserviceable spares after 12 hours from lodging of complaint telephonically or verbaly (vii) Caliberation testing to be introduced to be done through OEM and Testing certificate of Calibration should be submitted by contractor after caliberation of VCBs | ||
