| 1 | M&L preventive and comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lift (01 Nos) located in restricted area through OEM i.e Thyssen krupp Elevator Company Ltd ,suitable for carrying capacity upto 15 persons/stretcher /catering Services etc of speed upto 1.0 M/sec , with operating range from ground floor and upto 2nd floor (G+2) installed in bldg automatic operation with microprocessor based VVVF electronic control, automatic car leveling and necessary automatic power operated steel sliding door for car and automatic push button operated door for landing, haulting position indicator in car, cabin fan, cabin lighting, emergency lighting etc. by providing services of lift technician (Skilled ITI qualified with sufficient experience in day to day maintenace and emergency rescue operation ) for HQ 4 Corps Bldg in required shift on all days excluding Sunday and Holiday including taking care of from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of lifts to the entire satisfaction of users /depatment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Shift Details:-
(a) One Lift technician for HQ 4 Corps - 02 Shift
Note :- If required any Sunday and holiday services of lift technician is required , then contractor has to provide the services without any extra charges and leave will be provided to that employee in liue of that day working on some other day as decided by Engr-in-Charge. | 11.00 | Per Month |
| 3 | Note For Item no 1 and 2 :-
(i) Cost of all minor spares/ components including hudraulic fluid and machine gear oil, washers, grease, nuts & bolts etc required for this job is deemed to be included in quoted rate and any type of extra charge will not be made by Deptt.
(ii) All major defective spares shall be replaced by contractor on exchange basis which is catered under separate Items as "Supply Only".
(iii) All defective parts will be replaced in minimum time not more than 24 Hrs with out fail other wise penalty will be recovered by Dept @ rate of Rs 500 per Hours.
(iv) Annual testing of lift by Lift inspector of the State of ASSAM (Once in a year) of lift and submit the test certificate to the department shall be done by contractor without any extra cost.
(v) Systematically examine, adjustment, & repair of all components such as worm gear, thrust bearing , drive sheave , drive sheave bearings, brake contact, linings and components , motor, motor generator, motor windings, rotating elements, commutators, brushes , Brush holders, bearing, coils, resistance for operating and motor circuits, magnets frames and others mechanical parts, Controller, selector, levelling devices, cams, relays ,solid state components e.g. PCBs, tranducers, resistors, condensors, power amplifiers, transformers , contracts leads, dashpots, timing devices , steel selector tapes and mechanical and electrical driving equipments, governor , Governor sheave, shaft assembly , bearings, contracts and governor jaws, car and hall mechnical buttons, car and hall position indicators. hall lanters, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal fixtures , deflector or secondary sheave , bearings, car and counterweight guide ralls and buffers, top and bottom limit switches, Governor tension sheave assembly , compensating sheave assembly, car counter weight and guide shoes including rollers or gibs, interlock on hoistway door, hoist way door hangers, guides, automatic power operated door operator, car door hanger, car door contract ,safety shoes, load weighting equipments ,car frame ,car safety mechanism and platform to inkeeping the elevator system in state of the art condition by incorporating latest developments by the OEM. | | |
