| 1 | Providing and fixing DMC access floor system 600mmx600mm, size 35 mm thick, FS 800 module consisting of welding steel laminate with the loading capacity of 363 kg point load in 25 sqmm and 1200 kg (uniformly distributed load) per sq meter using understructure of having axial load bearing capacity 2200kg. Access floor panels shall be embossed in hemispherical shape to give strength and flexural rigidly and to provide adequate fire properties acoustic barrier and air leakage. The top sheet of HT panel shall be plain and welded at various locations after the top and bottom sheets have degreased and phosphated. The panel shall have an in fill of light weight cementitious material. The top surface of the panel shall have factory pressed high pressure laminate 1.2 mm thick and 5 mm beading on all the sides for edge protection panels shall remain flat and stable unaffected by humidity or fluctuation in temperature throughout its normal working life.
