(II) Mt. by the 4mm thickness APP superthermoly STP black sheets polyester based sheet black finishing manufacture of density at @ 25*C, 0.87-0.82 kg/liter over primer coated layer shall be laid using butane torch and scaling all the joints longitudinal as well as transverse prepare the surface complete (III) Cut 1" deep groove above the roof surface on the on the parapet wall and seal edge of APP superthermoly STP polyester sheet into the. groove with polymer modified mortar (IV) in case of low height parapets, terminate APP superthormoly STP polyester sheets pver the parapet (V) for over lapping of joints, rub the polythylene side of membrane by wire brush, apply shali bond APP over the ribbed area, alow it to the tackly and then fix the bitumenious side of APP superthermoly STP sheet polyester with hot application (VI) for longitudinal and tranverse joint pverlaps of 75mm and 100mm respectively is desired. The vital physical and chemical paramater of the membrane shall be as under:- Softening point of membrane not less them 150*c cold flexiblity shall be upto 0"c when tested in accordance with ASTM, joint strengh in longitudunal and transverse direction at 23*c as 350/300N/5cm.
