1Preventive maintenance of 01 Lac Kcal/Hr Hot Water Generator ( Thermax make): The job includes disassembling of 01 Lac Kcal/Hr Hot Water Generator from the circuit, removing of coil by dismounting burner assembly followed by dismounting the front plate of hot water generator by means of chainpully block & tripod. The job further includes cleaning of the extracted coil from soot, carbon deposits, debris from coil & shell of the water boiler using wire brushes etc.The job further includes descaling of helical coil by way of circulating a solution of descaling compound (of reputed make) and water of required strength continuously for 6-8 hrs with the help of a jet pump through it. The job also includes dismantling and re-assembling of the burner gun, complete cleaning of nozzles /cleaning of diffuser plate etc. complete in all respects. The job includes replacement of all seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, defective nuts & bolts etc.All tools, tackles along with consumables & allied items shall be provided by the contractor1Job

Mild steel hold-fasteners, wherever required, shall be welded to the refractory base. The old damaged refractory is to be dumped in the nearest municipal waste bin. The new refractory shall be laid in castable refractory cement of reputed make. The job also includes repairs to the front plate, if required The job further includes replacement of all seals, gaskets, grease, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, defective nuts & bolts, probes, sensors, meters etc. The boiler shall be re-assembled, tested and re-commissioned after cleaning. 1Job

5Cleaning/Servicing of Radiators: The job includes dismantling of radiators from the walls using proper tools & tackles & cleaning of all the dirt, scale and deposits same by-passing pressurized water using water pump or any other source of high pressure water supply. The radiators are to be re-installed at their respective places after completing the cleaning process and testing the same for leakages, if any including replacement of damaged nuts / bolts / fixtures etc. The tools / tackles required for the job along with consumables shall be provided by the contractor / firm. The cleanliness of the surroundings of the radiator is also the responsibility of the contractor.
