1Supply, installation & commissioning in replacement of 24V/40A Float Cum Boost Battery Charger unit including battery bank comprising 02 Nos of 12 Volts-100 AH sealed maintenance free battery. The CCCV battery charger consisting of copper wound, air cooled transformer, 01 Set single phase full wave bridge rectifier consisting of diodes and SCRs, liberally rated mounted on heat sink and complete with resistor/condenser network for surge supperssion. During auto float mode automatic changeover shall take place from float mode to boost mode and vice versa, 01 Set of solid state constant potential controller to stabilize the DC output voltage of the float cum boost charger, 01 No electronic controller , DC digital ammeter, DC digital voltmeter, Potentiometer, DC, MCB for reverse battery protection. The charger should have alarm annunciation with visual and audible alarm with manual reset facility for fuse fail alarm. Float cum boost battery charger and DC distribution board shall be housed in powder coated sheet steel cubicle with panels of 1.6mm thickness, louvers for ventilation, gland plate will be provided for cable entry from bottom . The battery charger shall be divided into two compartments. The upper compartment shall house the battery charger & DCDB with all necessary controls. The lower compartment shall be suitable for housing the batteries. Tech specifications shall be as under:- (a) Input working voltage-180 -270 Volts, (b) Nominal Input Voltage - 230 V , AC , 50 Hz,1, (c) On load input power factor - > 0.8, (d) On load unit watt efficiencies-> 80% , (e) No load losses of complete charge-< 10% , (f) Ripple contents on the load (RMS)= 1% to 5% , (g) Over load - 110% for 30 minutes and will give visual indication for over load condition, (h) Boost charging - 2.4 V/Cell, (j) Float charging -2.15 V/Cell, (k) Float cum boost charging-Automatically changes from one state to another state as per battery condition and will give the visual indication for either float or boost based on charging mode, (l) Reverse polarity -No damage will caused . A visual indication for reverse polarity will appear with an audio alarm, (m) Short circuit-MCB protecton provided. 1.00Each
2M&L on load Centrifuging and dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 33 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under item No 3 here-in -after as supply only.6500.00 Litres
3Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in OLTC & for topping up in transformer as required complete all as specified and directed.1800.00 Litres
4M&L servicing /testing of line circuit breaker, control panel including outdoor CT, PT and relays in control panel of outdoor SF 6 Gas Circuit Breaker of capacity 1250/800 Amps and rating 36 KV complete as details mentioned as under:- (a) Details of servicing of breaker :- (i) Checking of Closing/Tripping coil assembly, (ii) Adjustment of mechanism if required, (iii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt, (iv) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts, (v) Check for rust,wear/tear, (vi) Checking of spring charge mechanism, (vii) Visual check for any deformation, (viii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc, (ix) Check for loosened connections, damaged lead wires, (x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any, (xi) Check close & trip coil, (xii) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers, (xiii) Replacement of carbon brush of spring charging motor, (xiv) Cleaning of porcelain bushing, (xv) Checking of limit switch. (b) The following test shall be carried out:- (i) Primary Injection Test of outdoor CT / PT, (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles, (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition, (iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles, (v) Closing coil resistance, (vi) Tripping coil resistance. (c) Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :- (i) Over current and earth fault relay, (ii) Line diffrential relay. (d) Testing of followig Aux relay:- (i) DC Supply supervision relay, (ii) Trip Circuit suprvision relay, (ii) SF 6 gas pressure low, (iii) PT Fuse failure relay, (iv) Master trip relay, (v) Under voltage relay, (vi) Over voltage relay 1.00Each Job
5M&L servicing /testing of breaker/control panel including CT, PT and relays in control panel of VCB of capacity 630/800 Amps and rating 11 KV complete as details mentioned as under:- (a) Details of servicing of breaker :- (i) Adjustment of mechanism if required, (ii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth, (iii) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts, (iv) Check for rust and wear, (v) Check Spring Tension and pitting of the Cluster Contacts, (vi) Visual check for rust and deformation, (vii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc, (viii) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires, (ix) Check whether the contacts are damaged by arcing, (x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any, (xi) Check close & trip coil, (xii) Checking of Jaw Contacts Conditions and repair/adjust, (xiii) Replace the jaw contacts,If required, (xiv) Applying of epoxy Paint for Support /Spouch insulator,CTs,PTs, and epoxy body at inside of VCB for improvment of resistance value, (xv) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers, (xvi) Replacement of carbon brush of spring charging motor. (b) The following test shall be carried out:- (i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT, (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles, (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition, (iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles, (v) Closing coil resistance, (vi) Tripping coil resistance (c) Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :- (i) Over current and earth fault relay.
