Rake-O-Vac Machine Reliability Solution:
The job work shall comprise the complete repair, restoration, refurbishment, testing and commissioning of the Rake-O-Vac Machine in accordance with the principles of Reliability Engineering and Asset Management to restore the machine to its optimum operational efficiency, reliability and service life. The scope shall include repair and restoration of dismantling, inspection and condition assessment; metal fabrication, welding, machining, cutting, grinding and strengthening of damaged or worn-out structural components; repair, alignment, balancing or replacement of the universal joints, bearings, bushes, couplings and allied PTO-driven transmission components and vacuum blower assembly, impeller, repair and rectification of the driveline, mechanical power transmission components, support frame and associated assemblies; denting, straightening and refurbishment of body panels, frames, guards and mounting brackets; replacement of defective fasteners and allied items; repair or replacement of wheels, hubs, rust removal, surface preparation, application of anti-corrosive primer and premium-quality paint; complete painting, finishing and corrosion protection of all repaired and fabricated components; reassembly, alignment, calibration, testing and commissioning of the machine to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of the equipment with improved maintainability, availability and long-term asset performance. | 2 | Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a heavy-duty, air compressor complete with an automatic cut-off mechanism, three-cylinder compressor unit, and 10 HP, 3-phase electric motor, capable of delivering a minimum working pressure of 1000 PSI. The scope of work shall include supply and delivery at site, installation, provision and fixing of all necessary accessories, electrical connections, safety devices, piping and fittings (where required), alignment with the existing system, testing and commissioning in all respects to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. | 3 | Upkeep and Reliability of Air Compressor at Workshop:
The scope of work includes the repair and upkeep of the air compressor systems installed at the Workshop. The job involves armature winding of the compressor motor to restore optimal operational efficiency and replacement of Piston and Ring. Additionally, the work includes the replacement of worn-out or malfunctioning air guns and associated piping to ensure uninterrupted supply of compressed air.
This system is primarily used for the cleaning of various mechanical accessories and for inflating the tyres of Golf Course machinery and Golf Carts. All necessary fittings, fixtures, and connections are to be checked, repaired, or replaced as required to ensure seamless functionality. The job work shall comprise the complete repair, maintenance, servicing of the existing Rolling Shutter System at the workshop to restore its safe, reliable and efficient operation. The scope shall include dismantling, inspection, repair of guide channels, shaft, springs, bearings, brackets, locking mechanism and other allied components, welding, cutting, grinding, machining, dent rectification, alignment and strengthening works; replacement of worn-out nuts, bolts, fasteners and hardware; complete lubrication and adjustment of all moving parts; rust removal, surface preparation, application of anti-corrosive primer and synthetic enamel paint; and final testing, smooth operation, commissioning and handing over of the rolling shutter in fully functional condition, including supply of all necessary materials, consumables and labour required for successful completion of the work. | 6.00 | Complete Work |
