Supply shall be comprising a modular conferencing codec, one 10 touch control interface, required beamforming ceiling microphone arrays/tiles, one AI-enabled presenter tracking PTZ 4K camera, one audience auto-framing and speaker-tracking PTZ camera, one 4K Camera Switcher and all required cabling/accessories for making system functional as desired.
Integration of VC system shall be done with digital signal processor (DSP) with acoustic echo cancellation (AEC), noise suppression, auto-mixing, gating, and zone-based audio processing. The system shall be fully integrated such that ceiling microphones feed into the DSP for intelligent voice detection and automatic camera switching logic through. DSP shall interface with the codec to enable seamless auto-tracking of active speaker (voice-based tracking), presenter tracking within predefined zones, and audience auto-framing based on voice localization and AI-based facial detection. The solution shall support multi-camera switching, preset recall, tracking zones configuration, and smooth transition between presenter, audience, and wide-view modes without manual intervention.
Scope includes all required PoE/network switches, signal routing (HDMI/USB/IP), control programming, mounting accessories, structured cabling, rack integration, configuration of tracking zones, calibration, testing, commissioning, documentation, and user training.
