(ii) Bidder shall refer and SELECT the option Excess(+) or Less (-) available at the 16th row under coloumn 'E' of this BOQ sheet, to quote the percentage above/below/at par on MES SSR -2020(Part-II). (iii) Amount inserted by MES under the column "F"( Estimated Cost) and total amount reflected under Column "BA" are approximate and for reference only.
