The maintenance of cooling appliances includes the following:- (i) Cleaning of coil unit with dust blower,lubricate the indoor & outdoor fan motor with oil. (ii) Checking and cleaning the drain connection and air filter periodically, washing of coil with solution once in a contract period. (iii) Checking the refrigerant pipe insulation. (iv) Check & repair the minor electrical fault in incoming supply. (v) Checking and cleaning drain pipe for water leakage from indoor unit. (vi) Required spares/components to be replaced under this contract shall be measured and paid seperately. (vii) Checking the fault of cooling/ heating appliances. | 185 | Each Job |
