| 4 | Notes for item No. 1 to 3:- (i).The comprehensive maintenance and repair works shall be carried out through OEM of lift or its authorised agency. (ii). The Contractor shall enter into an MOU (Memorandum of understanding) for maintenance of the Lift with OEM or its authorised agency and MOU shall be submitted within 07 days of Acceptance of work. The work order shall be placed only after submission of MOU. (iii). The quoted rate shall include all routine consumables, minor spares, lubricants, adjustments, door alignment, rewiring, breakdown attendance and replacement of minor worn-out parts required for smooth functioning. However, major components such as machine, motor, controller, VVVF drive, ARD unit, ropes, guide rails, door operator, car operating panel, landing indicator assembly, batteries, intercom system, and complete rewiring shall be paid separately (iv) The parts shall be genuine and from original Equipment manufacturer (OEM) and approved by GE.The spare parts must align with the existing lift specifications (v) Any minor repair (requiring no spare parts) shall be rectified within 2 hrs and in case of major complaint (which require replacement of spare parts) it shall be rectified within 48 hrs. Otherwise a penalty (recovery) @ Rs.100 per hour for minor complaint and Rs.1000/day for major complaint Ashall be effected from the dues of the contractor. Any break downs intimated by JE/AGE/GE shall be rectified within the period mentioned. | ||
