| 1 | Annual maintenance including all checks as recommended by the manufacturer for following generator set of M/s KIrloskar /Cummins/ M&M or any other manucturere, once in a period of six months or 250 hrs of run whichever is earlier through authorized dealers of OEM including replacement of Engine oil, oil filter fuel filter "O" ring, tappet valve adjustment replacing the tappet gasket water leakage rectification including all internal & outer body cleaning and testing commissioning as recommended by OEM for smooth running, complete all as directed. Notes:- (i) Engine oil, fuel filter and oil filter required for servicing shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) The rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for minor consumables like distilled water/ Electrolyte, grease, nut, bolts required during routine AMC checks. During the contract period if any checking / servicing and cleaning are again required to any times for any DG, the same will be carried out by contractor without any extra cost during the whole contract period, however spare parts will be measured & paid separately as per contract. (iii) The service of DG will be carryout through authorized service dealers only and all service reports will be submitted by the contractor after servicing. (iv)The contractor will be fully responsible for providing the DG technician within 04 hours to rectify the defect in DG set and AMF panel during whole contract period. If the contractor fails do his responsibility within the prescribed time, a penal recovery of 10000/- per day shall be effected till the fault is rectified and penalty will be deducted from the dues of the contractor. | ||
