| 2 | The contractor shall undertake the entire scope of work including dredging/excavation, transportation, processing/separation, grading, stacking, handling, removal, and sale of sand, silt, clay, pebbles, plant output, and other materials entirely at their own cost, responsibility, and risk. The bidder shall quote the amount proposed to be remitted to KEMDEL on a per cubic meter basis for the materials generated and removed under the project.
