| 2 | The contractor shall undertake the entire scope of work including dredging/excavation, transportation, processing/separation, grading, stacking, handling, removal, and sale of sand, silt, clay, pebbles, plant output, and other materials entirely at their own cost, responsibility, and risk. The bidder shall quote the amount proposed to be remitted to KEMDEL on a per cubic meter basis for the materials generated and removed under the project. The quoted rate shall be exclusive of royalty, GST, cess, taxes, duties, land lease/rent, transportation, equipment and machinery, fuel, power, labour, environmental compliance, statutory payments, safety arrangements, infrastructure development, and all other operational, incidental, and working expenses, all of which shall be borne solely by the contractor. | 1056713.3500 | Cubic Meter |
