Brief features/ specifications of CBSE Rod are as follows:- (a) The outer surface must be molecularly bonded with a uniform layer of 250-micron Copper, 99.9% pure electrolytic copper coating.(b) Rods have a high-carbon steel core and tip that provide superior strength when driving. A nickel interface must be provided between the copper and steel to avoid galvanic corrosion.
