| 2 | Srl Item No. 1 Contd/----- ( g ) 2 earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50X6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body ( h ) rating plate & terminal marking plate ( i ) extra bushing for neutral , in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral ( j ) first filling of new & unused transformer oil , IS - 335 Marked within filter & tested upto 40 KV di electric strength at 2:5 mm air gap between testing electrodes.The transformer oil shall be fresh and approval certificate from manufacturer shall be obtained by contractor and furnished to GE. the copper shall be 99.97% purity and approval certificate from manufaturer shall be obtained by contractor and furnished to GE. (k) Distribution transformer to be incorporated in the work must necessarily have BIS certification, BEE star labeling and valid Type Test Report duly issued by NABL accredited BlS approved lab. Note: Pre -commisioning, inspection of transformer shall be carried out by rep of Accepting offr and T&P for the inspection shall be arrange by contractor, cost of the T&P etc for testing shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. | ||
