| 4 | Note for item No. 1 to 3 : (a) Preparation of mix in hot mix plant, spreading by self propelling mechanical paver and rolling and compaction by set of rollers as specified in particular specifications shall be carried out. Hot mix plant may be installed at any distance but the contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the required temperature of mix under all conditions till it is laid and compacted. Unit rate against these items shall include for carrying out the works with deployment of these machinery for which nothing extra shall be payable and no delay in completion of work shall be acceptable on this account. (b) To achieve marshal stability of 1050 KN and all as per SSR Part-I Clause No. 20.B.4.
