| 1 | M&L for guiniting work for RCC upto 4th storied bldg & over head RCC water tank with the followings :- (a) Removing all loose and damaged concrete/plaster from the affected surface of slab, walls, fins, facia, chajjas, cantilever etc and disposing of debris as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Cleaning exposed reinforcement by wire brush/sand paper, applying rust remover followed by protective coating (zinc-rich epoxy coating) to rebars as per manufacturer's specifications. Make : Pidilite / Asian paint / Fosroc / Berger (c) Using chicken wiremesh or additional reinforcement if required and apply polymer bonding agent. (d) Providing and applying 25mm thick guiniting work using cement-sand mix in the ratio of 1:3, pneumatically applied with a pressure of 2.5 to 3.5 Kg/Sq Cm through a nozzle using compressed air. (e) Followed by curing for 7 days using water spray. (f) Applying 5mm thick rendering in CM-1:3 using WPC. (g) Applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint over fungal resistent primer in camouflage pattern to match the surroundings. (h) The surface shall be finished ture to line and level as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (j) Contractor is bound to clear all debries everyday by removing all cementing material from site.
