| 1 | M&L for servicing/repair of Washer Extractor upto 100 Kg capacity - 03 Nos of Make : Fabcare including opening, dismantling of the machine, disconnecting all steam / water and electrical connection, cleaning / servicing of drum, balancing/alignment of drum & shaft cleaning, steam trap, servicing/ lubricating/greasing and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment, shaft assembly, bearing / bush, in and including change of lubricating oil,grease,all rubber gaskets/ packing of all equipments and oil seales as per OEM make and replacement of all kinds of minor defective / spares parts i.e. wire, lugs, nut, bolts,screw etc and all machine work i.e. welding, cutting, drilling, lathe work etc in and including repair/replacement of defective spares parts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

| 2 | Note:
1. The parts replaced shall be measured seperately under relevent item.
2. Any other defective part or part which is likely to fail and not present in schedule and need to be replaced for making machine serviceable for proper operation shall be replaced by contractor at no extra cost and cost of item is deemed to be included in quoted rate.
3. Cost of taking out drum for correcting the alignment and balancing is deemed to be included in quoted rates.
4. Cost of T&P and transportation is deemend to be incuded in quoted rates.
5. If any defect occur till next service during CA period then contractor will carry out repair and replace the defective part of machine at no extra cost.
