The job involves disconnecting incoming main power, decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening pump from base frame, suction and delivery, fitting blind flange on delivery side and subsequently shifting the pump to workshop. Dismantling the pumping unit and extraction of internal parts followed by repair SS shaft as per sample turned and finished to the original bearing size. Providing, fabrication and fitting of impellers-1no (Bronze)., diffusers bushes-01no, neck ring-1no. spacer bush-1no., protection sleeve 2 nos., gland bush-2no., chuck nuts-2nos., alongwith repairing of impellers 01 no., diffuser 02 nos. Providing and fitting of new bearings 311-1no and 7310-2no., in lieu of damaged bearings. Job includes assembly the pumping unit and shifting to site of installation, fitment on base frame and then coupling of pump with the motor after making proper leveling and alignment, making electrical connections, testing the pump motor set on no and on full load.
