| 1 | Cleaning of blocked manhole not exc 1.5 mtr deep and removing all silt, residue sludge both organic and inorganic nature including any type of foreign material and removing waste material/ sludge etc to a distance not exc 50 mtr including digging, burrying in ground, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Work shall be done in foul conditions, necessary precautionary measures/ equipments to be adopted by the contractor. (ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing manhole covers.
