| 3 | Providing & development of plants and garden shrubs, small trees of plants of selected and approved name quality size and growth in good condition. The work including cost of plants, materials, digging pit in the soil of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.60 mtrs soil for planting trees, mixing of manure and refilling the pit with good soil, watering as and when required. Providing pesticides/ fertilizers in required and regular intervals for maintenance, replacement, replacing of dead plants during maintenance, cleaning, removing, with all labours, tools, tackles, transportation, loading, unloading plant etc complete as directed by the E.I.C.
