Mt. area from Ground floor to 1st floor of ADM Building and Civil,Electrical Office and all public buildings like Singel Residency, Teraining center, Eng. Hostel, Field Hostel etc about 18 services ( once in month ) for 18 months etc comp. as directed by EIC.Rodent control Service includes Inspecting the premises to provide an audit on the nature and extent of infestation. A comprehensive service plan. Keeping contamination and safety in mind for baiting &trapping Application of latest management materials suchas imported glue boards approved by Environmental Protection Agencies of USA and Rodenticide used for the rodent management service is a registered products approved for use at internal areas. Installation of rodent bait stations of tamper resistance standards in the external perimeter of the facility. Periodic replenishment of baits and resetting of traps. Maps or schematics showing the locations of the rodent control device shall be maintained. Complete technical supervision and monitoring.This includes all labours/ materials. In case dead mouse is detected or found, it should be removed immediately after intimation from this office and thrown away at suitable place by the agency. The complete premises should be remained rat free throughout the period of contract. Attend the complaint if any on urgent basis as & when required by this office over & above routine service.
