(b) PCC pit shall be provided at least 50cm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junction, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c) If the testing result of earthing work is not found below 3 then the contractor shall do another earthing work at his own cost and nothing shall be permissible on this account.
