Properties of Polyurethane based chemical shall confirm to following Technical Parameters:- (i) Highly Elastic. (ii) UV Resistance. (iii) Adhesion to concrete. (iv) Tensile strength not less than 2.0 N /Sq.mm for free film. (v) Elongation not less than 300%. (vi) Solid content by weight- not less than 60% (vii) Air/water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar -72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0 mm.
