| 1 | Carrying out civil construction material laboratory works like supervising of 1) sample collection 2) Testing of various construction materials in Laboratory, preparation of results, Graphs, report etc. for each conducted test overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Note :
(1) Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Degree holder in Civil Engineering from University / Autonomous Govt. with 2 (Two) years relevant experience in testing (civil construction material) laboratory or Diploma holder in Civil Engineering from Board of Technical Educations / Govt. recognized Polytechnic with 5 (five) years relevant experience in testing (civil construction material) laboratory .
(2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one person for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintenance work, where samples need to drawn, the person will have to stay longer time occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account.
(3) Period of work : The contractor shall carry out number of one(1) / two(2) jobs per month as per requirement at QA Laboratory and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
(4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one person exclusively for the particular job.
(5) Person should be engaged after scrutiny of Engineer -in-charge of BARC(V) and approved by Competent authority.The deployed person will report to Engineer -in-charge of BARC(V).
(6) The minimum notice period before change of Person is 30 days, failing which a compensation of Rs.3,000/- per day of shortfall in serving the notice period will be levied on the contractor. | 12 | Job |

(1) Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified person of 2 years with M.Sc Chemistry acquired from Government recognised University/ Autonomous with 2 (two) years relevant (Chemical) experience in testing (civil construction material) laboratory or 3 year course in B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as subjects acquired from Government recognised University/ Autonomous with 3 (three) years relevant (Chemical) experience in testing (civil construction material) laboratory or Diploma in Chemical Engineering acquired from Board of Technical Educations / Govt recognized Polytechnic with 5 (five) years relevant (Chemical) experience in testing (civil construction material) laboratory.
(2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one person for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. (2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Person for each job as single day work, 6 working days in week for minimum 8 hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintenance work, the person will have to stay longer time occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account.

(1) Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Technician having minimum SSC and Trade certificate in Fitter not less than one year course duration from ITI/Government Recognised Vocational Training Institute with 3 years (Three) relevant experience in testing (civil construction material) laboratory or workshop maintenance .
(2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job as single day work, 6 working days in week for minimum 8 hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintenance work, the person will have to stay longer time occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account.

| 5 | Carrying out loading/unloading of samples & Lab. materials/Equipments/apparartus, area cleaning, machine/Equipment/apparatus cleaning after conducting of tests and miscelaneous works of QA laboratory as per the instructions of EiC (Engineer-In-Charge).

(1) Each Job shall be carried out by one unskilled worker preferably having experience in testing (civil construction material) laboratory or construction site.
(2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one unskilled worker for each job as single day work, 6 working days in week for minimum 8 hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintenance work, the person will have to stay longer time occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account.
(3) Period of work : The contractor shall carry out number of one(1) / two(2) / three(3)/ four (4) jobs per day as per requirement at QA Laboratory and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
(4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one unskilled worker exclusively for the particular job.
(5) unskilled worker should be engaged after scrutiny of Engineer -in-charge, of BARC(V) and approved by Competent authority. The deployed person will report to Engineer -in-charge of BARC(V).
