| 1 | The Scope of works which are not included in any specific items but indicated in the document "General Scope of all works" shall be within the scope of overall contract works. The cost of work/item/material indicated in this document shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of all individual items. The rate quoted for the items by the bidder shall include the approved make as per Annexure B of Section VII of tender document. Any other additional makes proposed by the bidder have to be informed to BARC before pre-bid meeting (to be held before submission of bids) and to be approved by BARC. 1) The quoted rates shall include necessary royalties, seigneiorage charges,etc. and all other charges to supply all the required construction materials. 2) For all standards and code of practices, specifications, like Indian Standard, MORT&H, ASTM, etc. refer only latest revisions including all applicable amendments, revisions and additional publications (during contract period) and these have to be followed. 3)Prior approval for source of all construction materials by submission of relavent test certificates, documents, invoices etc. have to be taken from BARC. 4) All the tests mentioned in Quality Assurance Plan(QAP) should be carried out without any extra cost. 5) The contractor has to submit all royalty /seigneiorage slips,etc for all the naturally available construction materials before submitting the RA bills. | ||
