Nothing shall be paid extra for dewatering and cleaning with fresh water and applying Bleaching Powder and rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same. The cleaning shall be carried out in a Phased Manner Periodically as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
