| 1 | Preventive maintenance of ductable AC plant by carrying out routine check of the Plant complete for smooth functioning all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed for 8.5TR x 04 Nos. installed at SSS bldg including attending to under mentioned jobs to ensure its satisfactory performance:- Note: Quoted Rates are deemed to be for carrying out checks as under:- (a) Contractor has to deploy sufficient number of technicians at the worksite to attend the breakdown calls received from representatives during two shifts throughout the week including sundays & holidays and on emergencies in third shift shall be attended ,preventive maintenance for the entire duration of contract.It is the contractors responsibility to make the unit functional and sufficient stock of spares shall be maintained to rectify the breakdown within scheduled period. Cleaning, stacking, sorting, handling and upkeeping of maintenance shall be carried out by contractor. | 2 | (c) Carrying out leak test with soap solution in case reports indicate frequent loss/recharging of refrigerant into the system whenever required (d) Checking operation ,suction& discharge pressures.In case of any abnormality identifying and correcting the same (e) Checking and setting of safety controls such as HP/LP cutouts,overload protections and thermostats etc. (f) Cleaning of pre air filters,evaparator coils and replacing the same if necessary (g) Checking lubricating oil level at the sight glass if found below the normal level the problem shall be analyzed and rectified. (h) Running of standby unit and observe for satisfactory performance. (i) Checking the incoming voltage and running currents and take appropriate measures (j) checking for any abnormal noise/vibration from moving parts such as compressors,motors,fans etc in case of any abnormality,investigating and correcting the same.
