| 3 | Salaries for Semi Skilled Technicians: - Wages to be paid for engaging semi-skilled technicians engaged for round the clock Operation and Maintenance of all firefighting equipment in UG Sump and only maintenance of Firefighting equipment as mentioned in below BOQ during 365 days (24 Hours X 7days). The scope also covers operation of pumps valves and also initial assistance in defect rectification subjected to firefighting equipment. The contarctor scope also includes the below mentioned works :-
(a) The rates shall include deputation of technicians in each shift including Technicians for reliver.The rates shall also include all the charges i.e., ESI, EPF, bonus, GST or any other miscellaneous charges which shall be paid from the contractor to the Technician.
(c) The contractor should provide required number of Technicians after visiting the site assessing the BOQ and scope of work with the below mentioned qualifications. The eligibility criteria of technicians will be verified by this department prior to recruiting by the contractor.
(d) The manpower must have single point of contact for regular communication and scheduling of maintenance.
(i) Mechanical Technician with SSC (Full Time) plus 02 years of ITI (Mechanical Trade through NCVT and experience of 03 Years as Pumps, valve operation and maintenance, Fire & safety drills and procedure.
(ii) Electrician with SSC (Full Time) Plus ITI (Electrician through NCVT) 02-year full-time course from Government recognized Institute with 05 years experience in Electrical Maintenance works in Industry/Hospitals after ITI. The electrician should possess electrical wiremen certification.
(e) The Bidder should provide 02 pairs of uniform Set ( Tshirt/Shirt & Trouser /Cargo Pant)with imprint of Fire Technician on back of the T-Shirt/Shirt and Company Logo on Front side of Pocket and Cargo Pant with multiple pockets . The bidder should provide 01 pair of safety shoes per each year. The charges for 02 No's uniform Set and safety shoes should be considered in the manpower charges only.
(f) The Contractor should Liase/Co ordinate , with Andhra pradesh State Disaster Response & Fire Service Dept. for Renewal of Occupancy NOC of all 09 No's Blocks in Hospital Campus so as to comply with the observations raised during surprise visit ,inspections and rounds .The processing fees for renewal of NOC will be paid by HBCH&RC,Visakhapatnam | 1.00 | Job |
